This retrospective observational study aims to identify the pathways, barriers, and facilitators influencing access to tertiary pediatric nephrology services for children with chronic kidney disease. By analyzing existing data and records, the study seeks to understand the challenges families face in obtaining specialized care and highlight factors that facilitate better access. The findings are intended to inform healthcare providers and policymakers to improve service delivery and ensure equitable access to pediatric nephrology care.
