Inclusion Criteria
- •Persons 65 years of age or older
- •\- A person who can walk alone and has no problems in his daily life.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- People with heart and respiratory problems that are not well controlled by the nervous system, musculoskeletal system, drugs or other means.
- •\- A person who judged that the tester was unfit to participate in the study due to other reasons.
