Inclusion Criteria
A) age group between 12-80years
B) presence of 2 or more nasal symptoms mentioned in clinical features of diagnostic criteria
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient below 12 years and above 80years
2. Those who are unfit for nasya karma as per clasical text
3. Patient with adenoid and polyp
4. Patient with dyslipidemia, hypertension, unstable cardiovascular and cerebrovascular conditions
5. Currently or previously treated for malignancy
6. Patient currently on antihistaminics or steroid therapy
7. Pregnant women and lactating mothers
