Inclusion Criteria
Women age 20-40 years who desire to be transgender male
have not received GAHT and performed gender reassignment surgery
Exclusion Criteria
Having history of clinical atherosclerosis, metabolic disease, hypertension, gynecologic disease
Smoking
Using cardiovascular medication or medication that would affect
vasoconstriction or vasodilation or testosterone metabolism
