Overview
Brief Summary
Total knee arthroplasty involve extensive bone resection and soft tissue manipulation ,and in case of arthroscopic surgeries continuous high pressure fluid irrigation is there,so these patient suffer severe pain during early post operative period.Proper pain control is necessary in such case for early ambulaton and physiotherapy, It results in faster recovery , decrease the risk of post operative pain and comlication, and imrove patient satisfaction.

- 18.00 Year(s) to 70.00 Year(s) (—)
- Sex

Inclusion Criteria
- •patient posted for knee arthroplasty and arthroscopic surgeries under spinal anesthesia 2)patient age group 18 to 70years 3)patient belonging to ASA class 1 to 3.
Exclusion Criteria
- •patient refusal 2)infection at the site of needle insertion 3) allergy to any drug used in block.
Outcomes
Primary Outcomes
Quality and duration of post operative analgesia
Time Frame: 30 Minutes of block see VAS score
Secondary Outcomes
- 1)pain on knee joint movement(2)Requirement of Rescue analgesia in 24 hours)
