Inclusion Criteria
1.ASA Grade I patients.
2.Patients between the Age group of 21 - 55 years.
3.Patients requiring surgical removal of impacted third molars for either prophylactic or therapeutic reasons.
4.Pedersons difficulty index with tooth score of 5 or more will be include in the study.
6.Patients with no contraindications to the drugs or anaesthetic used in the surgical protocol.
7.Cooperation of patients with the study and postoperative follow up.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Medically compromised patients.
2.Patient unwilling to participate in study.
3.Patient allergic to any medications.
4.Pregnant and lactating mother.
5.Regional malignancy.
