voluntary consent
- male or femal
- age >18 yeras
- at least five years of experience in classic and/or modern dance
- at least five hours training per week

Exclusion Criteria

- acute or chronic trauma and/or disorders of musculoskeletal system
- scar in the abdomen region
- pregnancy
