Inclusion
1. Examinee who want to undergo colonoscopy over 20 years
2. Examinn who agree to participation
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion
1. Individuals who have intellectual disturbance
2. Individuals who could not take PEG 4L, such as bowel obstruction, ileus, etc.
3. Severe constipation by Rome III criteria
4. Individuals who have history of previous bowel operation
5. Under 20 years
