Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Adolescent girls diagnosed with PCOS, aged between 12-19 years
- •2.Physician approval for selected patient
- •3.Have mobile phone in family
- •4.Willingness to provide informed consent and to visit hospital for follow up or through E-counselling
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Any pre existing condition / contraindications (CAD, abnormal creatinine levels, liver dysfunction)
- •2.Bedridden patients and patients due for operations
- •3.Enrolled in other active intervention research studies
- •4.Abnormal thyroid function or prolactin levels
- •5.Use of insulin-sensitizing or glucose-lowering medications, oral contraceptives, fertility medications within 3 months
