Inclusion Criteria
1. Age >= 65 year-old
2. DM type II
3. Elective surgery under general anesthesia with oroendotracheal tube
4. ASA II-III
Exclusion Criteria
1.ICU care prior to OR
2. On ECMO
3. On vasoactive drug
4. U/D; Coronary artery disease
5. U/D; CVA
6. Cardiac arrhythmia
7. Intubation prior to OR
8. Difficult intubation
9. Plan rapid sequence induction
10. EF < 35%
11. BMI < 16 or > 35
12. Albumin < 2
13. Plan for combine GA and RA
