- •Unstable distal radius fracture
- •- Initial angulation > 20 degree
- •- initial shortening > 10mm
- •- severe dorsal comminution
- •- Intra-articular fracture
排除标准
- •- Multiple injury
- •- Open distal radius fracture
- •- Neurovasular injury
- •- AO type C3
- •- Chronic opioid user
- •- Allergy to opioid, local anesthetic, dexamethasone
- •- Patient who wants PCA
- •- Patient who underwent surgery with general anesthesia
- •- Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
- •- Patient who required general use of steroid
