- •1. Age above 18
- •2. Chronic subdural haematoma diagnosed on CT Scan requiring
- •surgical management as determined by the neurosurgeon.
排除标准
- •1. Patients who are already on corticosteroids for other reasons
- •2. Patients with contraindications for corticosteroid use
- •3. Patient refusal
- •4. Patients who require early (within 6 weeks) re-commencement of antiplatelet or anti-coagulant therapy as determined by the physician
