入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients with chronic kidney disease stages 3, 4 and 5.
- •2. Age greater than 18 years
排除标准
- •1. Significant valvular disease due to rheumatic heart disease, mitral valve prolapse, sclerotic aortic valve disease
- •2. Presence of Atrial fibrillation or flutter
- •3. Congenital heart disease
- •4. Pericardial disease causing significant pericardial effusion with or without tamponade or chronic constrictive pericarditis
- •5. Pregnant patients
- •6. Deep vein thrombosis
- •7. Poor window for Echocardiography
- •8. Seriously ill patients and patients unable to lie down comfortable for the duration of the study
- •9. Patients in whom BP cuffs cannot be tied for any reason like absence of an arm, cellulitis/thrombosis of arm(s), severe pain during BP cuff inflation
- •10. Patients unwilling to participate for any reason
