Inclusion Criteria
- •Women in various professional job types, including full time , part time, self\-employed,home makers and care givers of age between 20\-45 years of women.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Womem who are retired or no longer seeking employment.Pregnancy or 6 months postpartum and individuals with chronic health condition heart disease , cancer and diabetes or psychosomatic disorder that could significantly affect their physical fitness or life satisfaction
