Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosed cases of knee osteoarthritis (grade II, III on Lawrence kellgren scale).
- •Subjects with age \= 40 years of age.
- •Both male and female subjects will be included. Subjects who consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Subjects involved in rehabilitation treatments/corticosteroid injections/surgery (in past 6 months).
- •Subjects with uncontrolled high BP /other medical condition contraindicating the participation.
- •Subjects with cognitive impairments.
- •Subjects with cardio\-respiratory and rheumatic disease.
