- •All the adults above the age of 18 years planned for surgical management of benign anorectal procedures
排除标准
- •Prior involvement in other studies.
- •Pregnancy and lactation.
- •Patient with comorbidities and malignancy.
- •Patient not able to understand the nature of the study and failed to give consent.
- •Contraindication to perianal/saddle block
- •Hypersensitivity or previous anaphylaxis to local anaesthetic drugs
- •Bleeding disorders
