入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients of either sex, aged 20-65 years, scheduled to undergo elective Total Hip Arthroplasty under spinal anaesthesia
- •2. ASA Grade I, II, III
排除标准
- •1. Revision or bilateral THA
- •2. h/o neuropsychiatric disorders or neuromuscular disease
- •3. h/o long-standing diabetes mellitus, cardiac or neurological disease
- •4. Patients with contraindications for spinal anaesthesia like injection site infection,
- •increased intracranial tension, spine pathology/ surgery, coagulopathy and
- •thrombocytopenia
- •5. Allergy to local anaesthetics
- •6. Kidney or liver failure
- •7. Chronic treatment with opioids/ sedatives
