Inclusion Criteria
- •American Society of Anaesthesiology physical status 1 and 2
- •Unilateral Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy Surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •BMI ââ?°Â¥ 35kg/m2
- •Bilateral PCNL
- •Chronic analgesic use
- •Allergy to local anaesthetics
- •Contraindications to ESP block
- •Cognitive dysfunction
- •Spine deformity
- •Relook Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy Surgery
