Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.A history of low back pain exceeding 3 months
- •2.BMI >=28
- •3.Pain intensity 3-5 points, assessed by the Pain Visual Analog Scale.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Presence of the herniated lumbar disk with or without neurological deficit.
- •2.Cardiovascular or systemic diseases or any condition which contraindicated or made the exercise training difficult.
- •3.Presence of the psychiatric disorder which might affect the compliance and the assessment of symptoms.
- •4.History of the spinal surgery.
- •Inflammatory, traumatic, infectious or malignant diseases of the vertebra.
- •5.Congenital deformity.
- •6.Individuals who were receiving concurrent treatment.
