Inclusion Criteria
1.Wrestlers who have been training regularly for at least 2 years.
2.Actively participating in district, state and national level competitions.
3.Age 13-22 yrs.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Trauma to back, upper or lower extremity in past 6 months.
2. Wrestlers who have undergone any spinal, shoulder or knee surgery in past 1 year.
3.Unable to carry out the exercises mentioned in protocol.
4. Unwilling to participate.
