Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Subjects willing to participate in the study.
  • •Both male and female subjects between the age group of 19\-50 years.
  • •Diagnosed from any psychiatric disorder by a psychiatrist.
  • •BMI between 25 to 34\.99 kg/m2\.
  • •Patients who are able to follow commands.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Subjects having any cardiovascular or respiratory disorders.
  • •Any congenital, malignant, autoimmune, and neurological conditions (apart from psychiatric illness).
  • •Subjects undergoing electro\-convulsive therapy.
  • •Subjects whose CK values fall in the normal criteria i.e. 52 \- 336 U/L for Male gender and for all age groups, 38 \- 176U/L for Female gender and for all age groups.
