Inclusion Criteria
1.Caregiver’s Age- 20-50yrs
2.Both males and females
3.Informal unpaid caregivers
4.Cognition-MMSE >23
5. Mild to severe score on DASS-21
Exclusion Criteria
1.Regular exercising caregivers
2.Presence of any condition unsuitable for physical training (PAR-Q)
3.Patient on Anti depressant/Anti anxiety therapy or hormonal therapy
