(1) Patients with chronic kidney disease. (Stage G3b and G4)
(2) Patients without exercise habits.
(3) Hospitalization or outpatient; outpatient
(4) Patients who can understand Japanese.
(5) Patients with smartphone.
(6) Patients written consent was obtained before enrolment.
1. Patients receiving or planning to receive dialysis treatment.
2.Patients who are exercising sufficiently.
3.Patients who cannot exercise or who are at high risk of exercise due to heart disease, etc.
4.Patients who cannot exercise or who are at high risk of exercise due to orthpedic disease.
5. Patients with obvious cognitive decline.

Name Time Method Evaluate the amount of change in 6-Minute Walk Test from the day of registration to 12 weeks after the start of treatment.

Name Time Method (1) Evaluate the amount of change in eGFRcys from the day of Informed Consent acquisition to 12 weeks after the start of treatment.<br>(2) Evaluate the amount of change in KDQOL-SF, 4m walking time of Short Physical Performance Battery and Knee extension strength from the day of registration to 12 weeks after the start of treatment.<br>(3)Evaluate the amount of change between the average value of steps in the 7 days before the registration and the 12 weeks after the start of treatment.
