Inclusion Criteria
- •has consent to participate in the study; has experience of presence in health services centers as a trainee; lack of personal history of dealing with the legal issues related to the profession of midwifery; lack of participation in the workshop. Excluding criteria: has not participated in class and workshop related to the study and or more than half an hour has been absent; participating in a similar training course concurrent with this study; refusal and lack of interest in continue working by the person.
