Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients scheduled for elective PCNL
- •2\.Age 20\-65 yrs
- •3\.American society of anaesthesiologists physical status I and II
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.H/o allergy to local anaesthetics
- •2\.Infection at the site of block
- •3\.H/o chronic pain syndrome
- •4\.Patient on chronic opioid medication
- •5\.Coagulopathy
- •6\.BMI \<18 or \>35 kg/m2
- •7\.Anatomical deformities of chest
- •8\.Alcohol or drug abuse
- •9\.Conversion of surgical procedure to open stone surgery due to surgical difficulty
