Inclusion Criteria

1.patient body weight 40 – 90 kg
2.singleton
3.patient who sign inform consent
4.doctor give magnesium sulfate to prevent eclampsia

Exclusion Criteria

1.Renal impairment ( serum creatinine < 1 mg/dL)
2.multiple gestation
3.Myasthenia gravis
4.patient who already given magnesium sulfate before enroll the study
5.post partum preeclampsia
6.Patient who refused to enrolled the research
