Inclusion Criteria

Presumed life expectancy > 2 weeks
- Adequate physical and mental vitality to be able to answer the questionnaires (possibly with assistance)
- Existence of an independently signed declaration of consent

Exclusion Criteria

- Obvious severe dementia that makes it impossible to answer the questions
- Lack of knowledge of German to answer the questionnaires

Primary Outcome Measures

Documentation of the support recommendations by the palliative team based on the needs as assessed with the standardized SpNeeds Screener. It is therefore not an additional intervention.<br><br>1) At the time of the first consultation in palliative counseling, the Spiritual Needs Screener is filled out (basic documentation).<br>2) Documentation of the team's reactions to the expressed spiritual / existential needs within the framework of their supply assignment (documentation of their reactions)<br><br><br><br>
