Inclusion Criteria
Heahthy individuals; both gender; living in the community of São Carlos or region; aged 60 or over; preserved walking capacity; who participate in the Geriatric Revitalization”
Exclusion Criteria
Individuals with cognitive deficit assessed by the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE <18 points); physical limitations that make it impossible to participate in any of the proposed tests
