- •At least two chronic medical conditions
- •Regular intake of = 5 medications
- •Mentally and physically able to participate in the study (as judged by a study physician or the treating physician at Agaplesion Bethanien Hospital)
排除标准
- •MMSE =23 points
- •Known diagnosis of dementia
- •Insufficient knowledge of written and/or spoken German
- •No written informed consent
