入选标准
- •1. Patients who have caudal block at Seoul St.Mary's hospital, between the ages 20 and 80 years old
- •2. Lower back pain and/or lumbar radiculopathy
- •3. Patients who have indications for caudal block
- •4. Patients who agree written informed consent
排除标准
- •1. Allergic reaction to caudal injectate
- •2. within 2 mointh, history of caudal block
- •3. Previous back surgery or neuroplasty history
- •4. Localized or general infection signs
- •5. Who doesn't stop anti-coagulants before block
- •6. Coagulopathy
- •7. Psychological problem
- •8. Contraindication for caudal block
