? Men and women aged 19-75
? Patients with polyp larger than 1cm or more than polyps or invasive colorectal cancer
? Agreed to participate in the study
? Patients taking aspirin, anticoagulants, antiplatelets.
? Patients with coagulapathy
? Patients with thrombocytopenia
? Patients with polyp less than 2 polyps and smaller than 1cm(except multiple diminutive hyperplastic polyps in rectosigmoid colon)
? Patients with history of partial or total colectomy
? Patients who already participate in another study.
? Patients inappropriate to study considered by the colonoscopists.
