Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Diagnosed with nocturia;
  • 2\.Aged between 30 and 75 years old, female or male;
  • 3\.Received no relevant treatment within 1 month;
  • 4\.Continued nocturia symptoms for at least 1 month;
  • 5\.Willing to participate in the trial and signed the consent form.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Nocturia caused by cardiogenic, nephrogenic and sleep disorder.
  • 2\.Nocturia caused by psychological factors, over\-intake of water, tea, coffee or other diuretic drink and food;
  • 3\.Complicated with severe cardiac, cephalic, hepatic, nephritic dysfunction, cancer, or psychiatric disorder;
  • 4\.Female in pregnancy or breast\-feeding;
  • 5\.Intake of nocturia\-relevant drug with 1 month.
