入选标准
- •1) Either male and female sex irrespective of their caste and socioeconomic status.
- •2)children fulfilling ROME III CRITERIA 10.
- •.Two or fewer defecations in the toilet per week.
- •. At least one episode of fecal incontinence per week.
- •. History of painful or hard bowel movements.
- •. Presence of a large fecal mass in the rectum.
- •. History of large diameter stools which may obstruct the toilet.
排除标准
- •1) Patients of age below 3 years and above 10 years.
- •2) Patients having history of:-
- •1. Psychosomatic Disorder.
- •2. Acute Abdomen.
- •3.Acute Systemic /Febrile Illness
- •4. Drug Induced Constipation
- •5. Obstructive pathology which intervene with treatment
- •Hypothyroidism, ano-rectal anamolis, intussusception.
- •6. Chronic and recurrent phase of constipation.
