Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Either male and female sex irrespective of their caste and socioeconomic status.
- •2\)children fulfilling ROME III CRITERIA 10\.
- •.Two or fewer defecations in the toilet per week.
- •. At least one episode of fecal incontinence per week.
- •. History of painful or hard bowel movements.
- •. Presence of a large fecal mass in the rectum.
- •. History of large diameter stools which may obstruct the toilet.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients of age below 3 years and above 10 years.
- •2\) Patients having history of:\-
- •1\. Psychosomatic Disorder.
- •2\. Acute Abdomen.
- •3\.Acute Systemic /Febrile Illness
- •4\. Drug Induced Constipation
- •5\. Obstructive pathology which intervene with treatment
- •Hypothyroidism, ano\-rectal anamolis, intussusception.
- •6\. Chronic and recurrent phase of constipation.
