Inclusion Criteria

All patients with PDAC who underwent surgery at Pius-Hospital Oldenburg during the above mentioned period.
- Age of majority

Exclusion Criteria

- All periampullary carcinomas,
- Biliary duct cancers,
- Body / tail carcinomas of the pancreas,
- Adenocarcinomas occurring in intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms (IPMN),
- neuroendocrine carcinomas and cancers of uncertain origin
- Patients who died within 30 days after resection
