- •Age < 36 years
- •At least one patent tube as documented by Hysterosalpingography or Laparoscopy
- •Semen analysis showing at least more than 10 million motile spermatozoa and normal morphology >4 %.(WHO1999)
排除标准
- •Age > 36 years
- •Severe male factor infertility ( less than 10 million motile spermatozoa and less than 4% Kruger morphology)(WHO 1999)
- •Moderate and Severe endometriosis(AFS III and IV)
