Inclusion Criteria

Age 8 – 16 years of pre-adolescent of badminton player

Both boys and girls

Subjects who have been training badminton for minimum 6 months

Exclusion Criteria

Injury or surgery to shoulder region

Subject with history of musculoskeletal or painful condition (Carpal Tunnel or Tennis Elbow Injury)

Any upper limb fractures

Low back ache or any lower limb injury for span of month

Those who are not agreed to participate

•Sample shouldn’t be participated in any other study during our study period.
