入选标准
- •Patients age 18-80 year
- •Severe secondary hyperparathyroidism i.e. persistently elevated PTH values > 800 pg/ml for > 6 months, serum calcium >10.2 mg/dl, phosphorus > 5.5 mg/dl, presence of calciphylaxis, or erythropoietin-resistant anemia who fail to respond to medical therapy.
排除标准
- •Previous thyroid or parathyroid surgery
- •Previous neck irradiation
- •Unable to identify at least 4 parathyroids.
