the inclusion criteria of healthy participants were 1. the ability to walk 10m independently without any assistive device 2. without any neurological cardiopulmonary or orthopedic disease might interfere the walking performance 3. Mini Mental State Examination MMSE 24.
The inclusion criteria of PD participants are 1. Diagnosed idiopathic Parkinson s disease 2. Hoehn and Yahr stage between 1 and 3 3. ability to walk 10 meters independently without an assistive device 4. ability to use upper extremity to hold a tray for motor dual task assessment 5. stable medical condition and 6. MMSE score 24
1. History of malignant tumors 2. any neurological or orthopaedic disease affects this experiment 3. history of mental illness within five years alcohol addiction within 12 months or have intake central nervous system drugs except medication for Parkinson's disease. eg anti epileptic drugs anti depressant drugs sleeping pills in the most recent month
