Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA I, II and III
- •age\>\= 18 year
- •Scheduled for Dupuytren release, endoscopic capal tunnel release or cyst of the wrist
- •wriiten informed consent
- •Are the trial subjects under 18? no
- •Number of subjects for this age range:
- •F.1\.2 Adults (18\-64 years) yes
- •F.1\.2\.1 Number of subjects for this age range 75
- •F.1\.3 Elderly (\>\=65 years) yes
- •F.1\.3\.1 Number of subjects for this age range 25
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- patient refusal
- •\- known allergy or hypersensivity to any drugs administered during this clinical trial
- •\- bilateral hand surgery
- •\-peripheral neuropathy
- •\- use of anti\-coagulant drugs
- •\- uncontrolled arterial hypertension (systolic blood pressure \> 170 mmHg)
- •\- Epilepsy
- •\- Sicle cell anemia
- •\- Vascular diseases
- •\- cardial conduction defect
