Inclusion Criteria

  • •ASA I, II and III
  • •age\>\= 18 year
  • •Scheduled for Dupuytren release, endoscopic capal tunnel release or cyst of the wrist
  • •wriiten informed consent
  • •Are the trial subjects under 18? no
  • •Number of subjects for this age range:
  • •F.1\.2 Adults (18\-64 years) yes
  • •F.1\.2\.1 Number of subjects for this age range 75
  • •F.1\.3 Elderly (\>\=65 years) yes
  • •F.1\.3\.1 Number of subjects for this age range 25

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- patient refusal
  • •\- known allergy or hypersensivity to any drugs administered during this clinical trial
  • •\- bilateral hand surgery
  • •\-peripheral neuropathy
  • •\- use of anti\-coagulant drugs
  • •\- uncontrolled arterial hypertension (systolic blood pressure \> 170 mmHg)
  • •\- Epilepsy
  • •\- Sicle cell anemia
  • •\- Vascular diseases
  • •\- cardial conduction defect
