- Brief Summary
? Effects of exercise rehabilitation intervention on stroke patients -Participants: Stroke patients, men and women under 80 years of age -Number of Participants: A total of 34 stroke patients (20 in the exercise intervention group, 14 in the control group) -Intervention: The exercise intervention group will receive exercise intervention for 1 hour each time, twice a week for a total of 3 months. -Results: Both the exercise intervention group and the control group recovered over time, but the exercise intervention group showed higher recovery. ? Effect of exercise rehabilitation intervention on patients with lumbar disc herniation and stenosis -Participants: Patients with lumbar disc herniation and stenosis, men and women under 80 years of age -Number of Participants: A total of 37 subjects with lumbar disc herniation and stenosis (20 in the exercise rehabilitation group, 17 in the control group) -Intervention: The exercise rehabilitation group received exercise intervention for 1 hour each time, twice a week for a total of 3 months. -Results: Both the exercise intervention group and the control group recovered over time, but the exercise intervention group showed higher recovery. ? Effect of exercise rehabilitation intervention on patients with knee prosthetic replacement surgery -Participants: Knee joint replacement patients, men and women under 80 years of age -Number of Participants: A total of 139 subjects undergoing knee joint replacement (70 in the exercise rehabilitation group, 69 in the control group) -Intervention: The exercise rehabilitation group received exercise intervention for 1 hour each time, twice a week for a total of 3 months. -Results: Both the exercise intervention group and the control group recovered over time, but the exercise intervention group showed higher recovery.
