1.Patients with occlusal caries involving permanent molar teeth with complete root development and
symptoms of irreversible pulpitis, i.e., Spontaneous, lingering pain exacerbated by hot and cold fluids, and/or radiating pain
Patients which respond to cold and electric pulp testing and had no periapical involvement will be included in the study
1.Patients with teeth having periapical widening will be excluded from the study
2.Patients having systemic diseases, on opioid or steroid therapy, or on any kind of antibiotic medication will
be excluded from the study
3.Patients with teeth having marginal periodontitis or crestal bone loss, internal/external resorption,
calcified canals, excessive bleeding after access cavity preparation not controlled after 5-10 minutes, or no
bleeding at all will be excluded from the study
