Method of measurement: Dennis and Vanderwaal's Cognitive Flexibility Questionnaire (2010).;Rumination. Timepoint: Before starting the therapeutic intervention on the first day - after. Method of measurement: Nolen Hoeksma and Maro rumination questionnaire (1991).;Mindfulness. Timepoint: Before starting the therapeutic intervention on the first day - after.
