Apparently healthy volunteers:
1.South Indian ethnicity (Participants residing in one of the 5 south Indian states for at least 3 generations and speaking the native south Indian language)
2.Age group of 25-45 years
3.BMI of 22-25 kg/m2
4.Must be willing to comply with all study requirement
5.Participants should agree to avoid any kind of herbal formulations during the study period
1.History of cardiovascular disease, Type 2 Diabetes mellitus, pulmonary, hepatic and renal problems
2.History of any long term medication
3.Known allergy to herbal products
4.Chronic smokers and alcoholics
5.Elevated blood pressure on the day of testing (Two consecutive BP readings greater than or equal to 140/90 mm/hg )
6.Pregnant or lactating women
7.Students
