1. Aged 18-50 years, right-handedness, gender not limited;
2. Having been in good health,without physical discomfort for nearly a month (such as headache and high fever);
3. People who volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
1. People who have diseases of posterior fossa,spasm,trigeminal neuralgia,spasm after facial nerve paralysis,blepharospasm, etc;
2. Having cognitive impairment,speech impairment and dementia;
3. Having a history of severe hypertension,diabetes,traumatic brain injury,malignant tumor,mental illness, epilepsy, etc., having serious diseases of the heart, liver, kidney and other organs;
4. Fear of TMS and acupuncture;
5. Patients with cardiac pacemakers, nerve stimulators, artificial metal heart valves,aneurysm clips, etc.;
6. Intraocular metal foreign bodies, inner ear implants, metal prostheses, and ferromagnetic foreign bodies in the body;
7. Claustrophobia;
8. Pregnant women.
