Inclusion Criteria
age: 20-40 y/o ; presenting active myofascial trigger points in neck and shoulder muscles with pain recognition when pressure applied?
Exclusion criteria: previous neck surgery(during last year) ; cervical radiculopathy ; participants with fibromyalgia syndrome
