1.Both male and female students.
2.Age group 18-25 years.
3.Have neck pain symptoms of at least 3 months or more.
4.NDI score of > 8% of disability.
5.Existence of at least 1 active MTrP in any of the levator scapulae and upper trapezius
6.Students who are willing to participate.
7.NPRS score � 3.
1.Diagnosis of cervical radiculopathy or myelopathy.
2.History of cervical and thoracic spine fracture or dislocation.
3.Pain with radiation into arms or upper extremity
4.History of cervical spine surgery.
5.Diagnosed with malignancy, infection, inflammatory disorder, osteoporosis
6.Diagnosed cases of disc prolapse, stenosis, spondylolisthesis, sprain and strain, pregnancy any deformity.
