Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patients diagnosed with stroke (ischaemic / haemorrhagic) and admitted to IC
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with traumatic cerebral haemorrhage or other types of brain injury
- •2\.Patient with anoxic–ischemic brain injury following cardiac arrest
- •3\.The patient/relatives who refused to give Informed consent
