Inclusion Criteria
Patients clinically diagnosed after thorough examination as having Parikartika.
Patients of either sex or religion and irrespective of demographic data.
Patients not taking any medicine for a long time for any disease.
Controlled cases of Hypertension and Diabetes mellitus.
Willing and able to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients having Parikartika secondary to Crohnâ??s disease, ulcerative colitis, syphilis, and tuberculosis will be excluded.
Patient having anal or perianal cancer.
Patients with positive viral markers.
Fissure-in-Ano associated with piles, Fistula-in-Ano.
Uncontrolled cases of Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, or any other serious conditions.
