1. Patients with ACL injury confirmed via clinical examination and MRI and planned
for ACL reconstruction surgery in Bangkok Academy of Sports and Exercise
Medicine (BASEM), Bangkok Hospital from September 2024 to April 2025
2. Age between 18 and 59 years
1. Multiligament injuries of knee
2. Preexisting condition of knee causing limited rehabilitation e.g. knee stiffness,
leg muscle weakness
3. Comorbidities affecting rehabilitation
4. History of venous thromoembolism or vascular disease in any lower limb
5. History of central or peripheral neurologic impairment
6. Exertional compartment syndrome
7. Patients with previous surgeries on injured knee
8. Infections in operated region
9. Perioperative or postoperative abnormal conditions such as leg swelling
10. Uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes
