Inclusion Criteria
Male. Between 18 and 40 years old and do not be realizing resistance training in the previous three months
Exclusion Criteria
Use of supplementation. History of cardiovascular diseases. History of deep venous thrombosis. Smokers.

Name Time Method Muscle strength difference, assessed through the dynamometer isokinetic biodex system 4 at the beginning, half ( 4 week) end (8 week) and detraining period (4 week after intervention protocol) of the study.;Upper limb circumference difference, assessed by a measuring tape at the beginning, half (4 weeks), end (8 weeks) and detraining period (4 week after intervention protocol).
